Individual Therapy


As a psychologist I offer one-to-one talking therapy that focuses on supporting you to understand and manage emotional challenges and mental health issues that may be affecting day to day life and functioning. I can help with a range of problems such as depression, anxiety, stress, anger, a lack of purpose and meaning, difficulties with relationships, attachment related issues and health conditions. 

I specialise in offering psychological support for those who have directly or indirectly experienced the effects of COVID-19, such as health anxiety, stress, sleep disturbance, lack of focus and concentration, or changes and adaptations to work environments.
